Water finding its way into a finished basement is never a small problem — our crews trace it to the exact entry point and close it off for good, usually the same day you call.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained basement waterproofing crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Every technician holds waterproofing-specific licensure, not a general contractor's license stretched to cover work it wasn't meant for.
We keep dispatch radius tight on purpose so a promised arrival window actually means something.
No hourly guessing games — pricing is based on what the diagnostic actually finds at your property.
We map your full basement perimeter before recommending anything — staining alone doesn't tell the whole story.
Each service below is scoped specifically to basement waterproofing, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
Coring runs the full interior perimeter, with drain tile bedded in washed gravel and tied into a sealed basin sized to your water table. The basin gets a cast-iron or high-torque pump with battery backup as standard, since power loss during a storm is exactly when you need it running.
We relieve that pressure at its source with interior weep systems, sometimes paired with exterior grading correction where needed. Left alone, this kind of pressure doesn't just cause seepage — it can bow a block wall over years.
Wider or stair-step cracks get evaluated for active wall movement first — injecting a crack that's still moving just postpones the real conversation. Every crack is photographed and logged before and after treatment.
We pair water-sensing alarms with battery backup pumps that engage automatically the moment the primary loses power or can't keep pace. Cellular notification add-ons put the alert on your phone, not just a beeping alarm in an empty house.
Dimple-board membrane creates an air gap against the foundation wall, directing incidental moisture down to the drain tile rather than into insulation and drywall.
Four steps, start to finish — from your first phone call to a dry, warrantied basement.
A few quick questions up front help the technician arrive already knowing what to expect.
Trucks stock moisture meters, wall cameras, and injection resin so the first visit rarely needs a follow-up just to bring equipment.
You'll see the actual entry point identified before any pricing conversation starts.
Every drain tile and sump installation carries a written warranty against seepage failure at the treated location.
